What We Do

Let me tell you about how we do business.  Purchasing a new home is a huge decision and choosing a good developer like pulte or any other one makes sure you are living in a nice new home.  Purchasing a new home, the company you choose usually gets 3% of the purchase price just to bring you to the developer.  They then they divide their 3% among agent and company leaving you nothing.     You get 60% of the commission choosing Dalibor Hradek(licensed real estate broker) as your agent.   How does this work you may ask?  Let me tell you about some nice new home communities, when you go there and sing me up as your agent, or let me bring you, you make sure Dalibor Hradek is your licensed real estate agent.   At the closing a commission check is paid to me the broker and I give you a check for 60% of the commission as soon as I get a commission check.  Allow 2 days or so depending on your bank to process the check and voila you have 60% of the commission.   Other agents give you nothing.   I give you 60% of my commission on new homes only(and other properties call for details).
